Some people are afraid of potatoes. What’s the good reason why? Potatoes are everywhere. Even fries are made up of potatoes, and we love them! Restaurants pair it with fish to complete a whole fish and chips meal- and we love it!

Some people don’t like eating in Fish and Chips restaurants because they think it’s already double jeopardy: potatoes... and they’re deep fried. But what if it’s deep fried? If the oil used is trans fat free, then that’s fine.

I commend a lot of people for being very vigilant and watchful when it comes to their health. You are one of them; that is why you are here. Again, that’s a good thing!

Some people think that the healthful foods are the ones that have a bland taste. That’s not necessarily true. That’s just depriving yourself from delicious food, which, by the way, is something that should not be done abruptly. Do not absolutely avoid your previous food choices because you found out about their healthful alternatives; that your previous food choices threatened your health. Do that slowly. Stay Healthy! That is probably one of the most common sentences and phrases you hear today. Things in the food and health industry are just getting crazy and confusing. However, there is still a need to “stay healthy”. 

Because of the fastfoods and restaurants we see wherever we go, it is a little impossible to stop or tame a craving. Satisfying it, though, is easier. Sometimes if we get too hungry, we eat more than what our body can accommodate, and what’s worse is that we eat unhealthy foods!
